We come to your home — that is a trust we take seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you book we collect your name, email, phone number, the service address, and your appointment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence.
How we use it
To run your booking: matching pros, routing the van, confirmations, reminders and receipts. We send marketing email or SMS only if you opt in, and every message includes a way out (reply STOP to any text).
Who sees it
Your assigned pros see your name and what they need to deliver the service; your street address and phone number are shared with them only close to the appointment. We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors that make Envie work — payments (Stripe), email and SMS delivery, and our hosting providers — under their own confidentiality obligations.
Retention & your rights
We keep booking records as long as we need them for accounting and safety. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
