Life with a full house is unpredictable — we build for that. Here is exactly how changes work, no surprises.
More than 24 hours before your visit
Reschedule or cancel free of charge, as many times as you need. Use the manage link in your confirmation email, or write to us. Cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method.
Inside 24 hours
Your pros have already planned their day around you, so changes inside 24 hours of the scheduled arrival carry a fee of 50% of the booking total. The remaining 50% is refunded. Reschedules inside the window are treated the same way — give us a call first; when we can re-fill the slot, we’d rather waive it.
No-shows
If the van arrives and we can’t reach you, the booking is charged in full.
If we cancel
Weather, illness, a van that won’t start — if Envie ever has to cancel, you choose: priority rebooking or an immediate 100% refund. Always.
