Terms of service.

These terms cover booking and receiving Envie services. Booking a visit means you agree to them.

The service

Envie sends licensed beauty professionals and a fully equipped van to your address for the services you select. Packages run in parallel — several pros working at once — and the door-to-door time shown at booking is an estimate.

Booking & payment

Prices are shown before you pay; payment is collected in full at booking, securely via Stripe. Tips are optional and go entirely to your pros. Promotions apply only at the time of booking.

Changes & cancellations

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your visit; inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies. The full details live in our cancellation policy.

Your space

We bring everything — water and a parking spot for the van is all we need. Please tell us at booking about allergies, sensitivities, pets, or anything else our team should know. We may decline or end a visit where our pros aren’t safe or a service isn’t medically appropriate; unaffected amounts are refunded.

Liability

Our pros are trained, vetted and insured. To the extent the law allows, Envie’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the visit concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to bookings made after it is posted.
